The ASD E-agle Association during the international event carrying Football Talents - dedicated to small players from 8 to 16 years old - is organizing a series of events dedicated to its sponsors, partners and family members of children.
One of these events - "talking with Horses" - is dedicated to companies, their team and their sales network.
What is Horse Whispering
Horses are a wonderful and privileged opportunity to perceive, as through a mirror image, what we really communicate at non-verbal level. This animal, with acute sensitivity and strong receptivity, provides immediate feedback of all that our body sends, thus giving us the awareness of all aspects of communication between human beings. Ideal in situations where the goal is to strengthen communication, listening, assertiveness, negotiation, emotional intelligence, diversity and leadership as well as the communicative-collaborative dynamics of specific team, rational elements and mixes emotional elements in a unique way.
Operationally, the experiential part takes place at Horse Country Resort Congress in Arborea, a specially equipped center where moments of briefing and de-briefing alternate, regularly brought back to everyday business life and the specific object theme of the path. Each experiential activities with horses is carried out only by land or without going up the saddle. It is not necessary to have prior knowledge or experience in this field. The program is conducted through team games and the participants compete in a game of Balance, in that of the conduction and in that of dexterity. The same participants are divided into three categories: BEGINNERS, STUDENTS and KNIGHTS. Scoring will be based on time (less time it takes and the more you win) all the games will be coordinated by experienced instructors.
